I generally eat sushi at least once a week . While staying at the Holiday Inn in Pasadena right behind yes sushi we decided try it . I'm so glad we did it is the best sushi I've had in months . The quality was excellent the quantity fantastic and the meticulous preparation was much appreciated.

This place is totally underrated. Went here for lunch with my friend and we were both very thrilled. Warm and welcoming vibe, friendly service. The waitress went through the menu with us patiently. Love all her recommendations, food is fresh and delicious. First time trying the oyster shot and it was quite interesting. Check them out and support the good quality food.
Was craving sushi and found this gem! Can't believe I've never seen this place before. Their rolls are solid with a good fish to rice ratio. Every roll was flavorful and fish was fresh despite us coming in the part 30 min before the kitchen closed.
Oh yess another hidden gem in Dena!! The rolls here are outstanding! So freshly made with so much flavor. I ordered the b.s.c.r and OMG so delicious! They gave me a lot rolls, which I don't complain at all and it was so filling for me! They have so many rolls to choose from btw. The service was nice and we were helped out rapidly! The ladies were attentive and the bus boy was on it, and making sure we cleared the tables. Oh yeaaaa, the miso soup was bomb as well! Love the stainless steel cup they put it in too! The ambiance is just ok! But it is clean inside. If you check-in on Yelp you can get a free soda! Easy to find parking !
This was my second time here. The sushi is very good and they have many rolls to choose from. Great quality ingredients with flavor. The service was good and the atmosphere was your typical Asian style decor. I will return to try their lunch special and happy hour. We had the Lakers roll, double-double roll abs BRC rolls. Everything was delicious. I loved they had California-style rolls that were different from other restaurants.
Omg! This place has the best quality uni. The toro and uni bowl is a must. It melted in your mouth. The buttery plumped sea urchin on top of delicious toro over a bed of sushi rice. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The unagi bowl was my husband favorite. Freshly sliced avocado over soft, silky, perfectly cooked eel. I never had anything like it. Bravo to the chef. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. Everything we had was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back soon.
